Started this painting today, I am really enjoying not being able to see exact brush marks especially as most of my brushes are square rather than round and this suggest a more graphical line to me which isn't what I want for this type of painting. So I am smudging and pressing harder with my paint brushes- I like how to looks. It reminds me of de kooning's marks.
