I have been thinking about Philip Guston and De Kooning and how they would turn the work round mid paintings.

I have been playing with this and love the freedom of working with a new composition everytime you move the canvas.

I don't know how successful this was- but I think this was more down to the colour palette rather than the method. I like the marks I made and the fluidity of wet on wet painting.
